This is an essential part of the business where we have a dedicated Field Investigation and Enforcement team operating throughout the whole of Scotland and can be available to support the firm in all areas of our business.
 

If we were previously unsuccessful in contacting the debtor by phone, mail, e-mail etc. Then we will arrange for our Field agents to attend the debtor’s address where we will determine the debtor’s intention to pay and/or such information to form an opinion regarding the prospects of successful recovery by means of Court Action or Enforcement.
