Non-payment of Penalty Charge Notices issued in private parking sites are a major issue in Scotland.  Gordon & Noble were the first firm to bring successful court proceedings against individuals who refused to pay.  Whilst the tide is turning in relation to motorists attitude towards private parking in Scotland, clients will still need to pursue motorists through the court if they want to recover their penalty charges.  Our pioneering service resulted in the recovery of large amounts of penalty charges and is utilised by the largest parking companies in the UK.

Similarly, we assist Local Authorities, Government and Non-Government bodies to pursue Traffic Enforcement Contravention penalties incurred by motorists throughout the UK, but who are resident in Scotland.  Again, we were the first company in Scotland to pursue these individuals through the Sheriff Courts in Scotland.
